2007 Senior Prom
This year's Senior Prom was the most memorable event by far throughout my four years at Hoover. I had the best time I have ever had at any school dance. It was a closer more intimate setting compared to Homecoming dances because it was just seniors. It was nice to see everyone dressed up and having a fun time. I got to connect with some seniors that I do not see and talk to on a regular basis. During the last dance, I took a really good look at everyone around me and I started to get teary eyed. I realized that this would be the last time I would be at a social event, with the exception of graduation, with all these people. And honestly, it was probably going to be the last time I would see most of these people since most of us go our separate ways after gruadation. It's amazing how fast this school year has gone by and now that there is only one month left until we leave for good, it's hard to fathom the idea that I won't be seeing most of these people until our 10 year reunion. I have made so many good friends at Hoover and I have so many wonderful memories to carry with me after I leave. My senior year has truely been the greatest year, better than I could have ever imagined or wanted it to be!
